In recent years, sprouts and microgreens have grown in popularity as these nutrion-packed greens offer a simple way of growing food at home without having to consider the seasons or other outdoor conditions. With food transports causing a serious strain on the environment and food waste being an increasing problem all around us, growing and regrowing vegetables at home offer consumers ways of fighting the problem on step at a time.

As a way of encouraging a more cyclic approach to incorporating sprouts and microgreens into our diets, while also facilitating a simple way of regrowing food scraps – Poly is a modular set of sprouters and planters with a playful touch, which encourage the user to personalize their own solution for growing greens at home without the need for any substrate.
