Last but not Least

New sustainable display and packaging solution for market vendors

No one wants to buy the last piece.

Sellers bring more than enough produce to the market to avoid empty baskets. Overstocking leads to food waste and is bad business for farmers. Small local farmers are especially vulnerable.

“Last but not Least” elevates the last piece to something desirable while keeping produce and leafy greens moist and fresh throughout the day with no electricity or plastic bags.

The wooden frame allows the fabric bag to either hang full of produce or to be stretched out as a plateau for the last pieces. During transportation the bag can be closed off, keeping moist from escaping. The whole thing can stack.
