Zero Waste Packaging

Food packaging is one of the largest waste sources of a household. The food is transported from the store to your home, where it gets stored. When the food gets eaten, the package is thrown away. It’s used only once. With new food comes new packaging. This is a repeating process.

These spice pots do not only have the function of transporting the goods, but also to store and use them at home. When the spices are consumed, the pots can be refilled.

The big plus about this idea is that this product can be re-used. Therefore, the main source of unnecessary waste will be reduced a lot. This idea can also be applied to other types of food.
