The napkin tray

A tray for displaying linen napkins

The simple napkin has a surprisingly long and complex history. The very first napkins were sustainable and reused, unlike the common napkins today which are short-lived and not very durable.

This napkin tray, which is inspired from the oshibori-tray, is designed for linen napkins, considered the best quality fabric that can be washed and is hard wearing.

It is designed for an environmentally friendly lifestyle by taking a step away from a throwaway society and instead making value of the long-lasting products.
