ma/Matsu

Matsu – A grill in a compact format for Primus. The grill is gas powered and is the size of a standard camping stove. The tray on top of the burner allows for the smoke that is created by the wooden pellets burning below, to permeate into the food that is cooking, creating a smoky flavour. The system consists of a separate burner that can also be used as a stove for regular cooking.
